2022 Harvest Update
Our 2022 Hop harvest began on August 7th! We want to thank all the volunteers who helped us harvest this year, we truly could not do it with out you all. 2022 is our second year using our homemade hop picking machine, with a few improvements from last year. A huge thank you to the breweries that supported us this year as well.

2021 Harvest
Our hop harvest began August 8th, 2021! Due to a hail storm in May, our hop plants struggled to reach their full potential. Although there was a lot of hail damage, we were still able to successfully harvest both Chinook and Zeus varieties. For our 2021 harvest, we utilized a homemade hop picking machine and hand picked as well. The majority of our fresh picked hops were purchased by Toltec and Turtle Mountain Breweries in Albuquerque. Together they combined their skill and created a fantastic brew.
2020 Harvest
We began harvesting on August 7th, 2020. All of our hops were hand picked this year, ensuring the highest quality and yield of hops possible. The total weight our field produced this year is 553 Pounds of wet hops.
